How do I filter patients in Glooko® Population Tracker?

Need to filter your Patient List in Population Tracker by provider, status or another attribute? We have you covered!

To filter patients on your Patient List

  1. Click Filter Patients at the top-left of your Patient List. 
  2. Search for and/or select a filter (or multiple filters) from the drop-down menu. 

    • Click Show More to view all available filters.
  3. Click Apply to apply your new filter(s) to your Patient List.

    NOTE: To remove a filter, simply deselect the filter from the Filter Patients drop-down menu or click the "x" beside the filter name at the top of your Patient List.
