How do I pair my Accu-Chek Guide or Guide Me meter with Glooko®?

You can easily sync your Accu-Chek Guide meter with Glooko - just follow a few simple steps. 

To get started, you will need:

Pair your Accu-Chek Guide

  1. Log into your Glooko mobile app.
  2. From the Home screen, tap Sync at the top-left of the screen.
  3. Tap Accu-Chek Guide.
    • If Accu-Chek Guide is not already added to the list, tap New Device.
    • Tap to place a checkmark beside Blood Glucose Meter, then tap Continue.
    • Search for or scroll to find the Accu-Chek Guide, tap to select the device, then tap Continue.
  4. Follow the in-app tutorial to pair your device.
  5. On your Accu-Chek Guide meter:
    • Press OK to turn the meter on.
    • Select Settings > Wireless.
    • Select Yes, or if Yes does not appear, select Pairing > Pair Device.
    • The Pairing Code should display.
  6. Return to the Glooko app, enter the Pairing Code and tap OK.

 Pair your Accu-Chek Guide Me

  1. Log into your Glooko mobile app.
  2. From the Home screen, tap Sync at the top-left of the screen.
  3. Tap Accu-Chek Guide Me.
    • If Accu-Chek Guide is not already added to the list, tap New Device.
    • Tap to place a checkmark beside Blood Glucose Meter, then tap Continue.
    • Search for or scroll to find the Accu-Chek Guide Me, tap to select the device, then tap Continue.
  4. Follow the in-app tutorial to pair your device.
  5. On your Accu-Chek Guide Me meter:
    • Make sure the meter is OFF before pairing.
    • Press both buttons on the front of the meter, at the same time.
    • Hold down both buttons for approximately 3 to 5 seconds until the Bluetooth symbol appears on the meter's display.
  6. Return to the Glooko app, enter the meter's Pin Code. The Pin Code can be located on the back of the Accu-Chek device.
  7. Tap Pair and tap Done.

Helpful Hints

Pairing

  • Verify the meter is not paired from the Bluetooth Device list on your smart device. If it is already paired with your smart device's Bluetooth list, remove the device from your Bluetooth settings and try again.
  • Make sure your meter is within 20 feet of your iOS or Android device.

Syncing

  • Make sure that the correct default device is selected on the meter in the Pairing settings.
  • Make sure your meter is within 20 feet of your iOS or Android device.
