Why did I receive a "Connection Failed" error when connecting my Eversense account with Glooko®?

There are a number of reasons you may receive a "Connection Failed" error message when attempting to connect your Eversense Cloud account with your Glooko account. We've included a couple of the most common reasons (with resolutions) below.

1. Internet Connection

  • Try restarting your computer. There may be applications or services running in the background interfering with your connection.
  • Check to make sure you have an active internet connection. If your connection is unstable, this can cause issues with web-based applications.

2. Server Load

  • Try to connect again later. If many people are accessing the web server at the same time, it's possible that it could be overloaded. Wait a little while and try connecting again.
