How do I share my data with my provider via Glooko® ProConnect?

With your Glooko enhanced provider! When you ProConnect, you gain the ability to allow your HCP to see your exercise, carb, insulin, and blood glucose data in real-time on their provider Dashboard. That way it's easy for you and your doctor to make decisions about your diabetes management faster than ever.

ProConnect with Android

From the Settings Screen:

  • Click Account.
  • Click ProConnect. A message will popup describing the ProConnect process. Read the message carefully, and click Continue to proceed with ProConnecting your account.

      

  • In the blank provided, enter the ProConnect code for your provider and click Continue. If you do not have your provider's ProConnect code, please contact your provider.
  • If successful, you will see a message saying that your account was successfully ProConnected to a provider. If unsuccessful, you will encounter an error. If you are unable to successfully ProConnect, please make sure that you typed in the ProConnect code correctly. If you are unsure about the code you are using, please contact your healthcare provider who provided the code. If he or she cannot find the problem, either you or your healthcare provider should contact Glooko here.

 


 

ProConnect with Apple/iOS 

From the Settings Screen:

  • Click Account.
