What are identity and email settings in Glooko® Kiosk?

Identity and Email settings are an important way that Glooko Kiosk allows you to gather information about your patients.

In this article, we will review the different options you have when setting up Glooko Kiosk. These settings are saved for future use, so as long as you stay signed in, you're ready to sync! 

From the Settings screen:

  • Select Identity Settings, or Email Settings.
  • You will be prompted to enter your password to make any changes.

Identity Settings

  • Require Patient to Accept Terms of Use.
    • You can have this option turned on or off by selecting the check box.
  • Medical Record Number, Mobile Phone Number, and Type of Diabetes:
    • You can choose to have these settings as optional or you can choose to have them required.
      • Optional: simply toggle the bar to the right.
      • Required: simply toggle the bar to the right and select the check box below.



  • Toggle the bar to the right in order to have Email as a required field while syncing new patients. 


*Please note: Kiosk is currently only available in the U.S.
