How do I configure Identity and Email settings in Glooko® Kiosk?

Configuring your Identity and Email Settings in Glooko Kiosk allows you to control what information you gather about your patients when syncing their devices. 

NOTE: These settings only need to be configured once per Glooko Kiosk.

In this article, you can learn how to:



Configure Identity Settings

  1. From the Settings screen, select Identity Settings.
  2. Enter your password to continue.
  3. Configure the following settings:
    • Require Patient to Accept Terms of Use: Place a checkmark (checkmark.png) in the box to make this a required field.
    • Medical Record Number: Toggle the button to the right to make this optional, and place a checkmark (checkmark.png) in the box below to make this a required field.
    • Mobile Phone Number: Toggle the button to the right to make this optional, and place a checkmark (checkmark.png) in the box below to make this a required field.
    • Type of Diabetes: Toggle the button to the right to make this optional, and place a checkmark (checkmark.png) in the box below to make this a required field.


Configure Email Settings

  1. From the Settings screen, select Email Settings.
  2. Enter your password to continue.
  3. Toggle the button to the right to make Email a required field.
