Why is Glooko® not compatible with my diabetes device?

Every blood glucose (BG) meter, continuous glucose monitor (CGM) and insulin pump is unique and requires a large amount of work from our end to determine whether or not it has the correct hardware and software to be compatible with the Glooko app. Since we do not manufacture any diabetes devices ourselves, we do not have the ability to change any of their characteristics.

Also, each device undergoes extensive testing before we claim compatibility. This is to ensure that the data integrity of the device is never lost when using the Glooko system, which means that you can be confident that your data has been transferred to the Glooko app accurately and successfully.
