What third-party fitness and health data can I sync with my Glooko® account?

Glooko offers the ability to sync fitness and health data from third-party apps and devices so that you can truly see all of your data in one place.

To learn how to connect compatible fitness and health apps, see How do I connect my third-party fitness and health apps and devices to Glooko®?

You can connect the following third-party fitness and health apps to your Glooko account:

  • Apple Health
  • Fitbit
  • iHealth
  • Withings
  • RunKeeper
  • Strava

Each of the apps listed above collects different types of data. Glooko supports the following data types at this time:

  • Fitness
  • Routine
  • Blood Pressure
  • Weight

Fitness and Routine

Two types of events express activity data: fitness and routine.

A fitness activity has a defined duration and is undertaken with the express purpose of exercising — for example: going for a jog, playing basketball, etc. This type of activity will appear in your History view in the Glooko app.

A routine activity occurs regularly throughout the day, without a specific goal of exercising — for example: total steps taken in an entire day. Routine activity is aggregate throughout the day and appears at the top of your History view in the Glooko app.

Blood Pressure

Blood Pressure measurements are displayed in the History view with the following attributes: systolic, diastolic and heart rate.

Weight

Weight measurements are displayed in the History view, in both pounds and kilograms.

The following data types are supported in each third-party application:
