How do I connect my CareLink Personal account to Glooko®?

You can easily connect your CareLink Personal account to Glooko so that you can receive updated data from CareLink once a day. You can then view this data in Glooko's popular graphs and reports.

NOTE: If you want to sync data from your Medtronic insulin pump using a MiniMed Connect Uploader or CareLink USB, you will still need to pair your insulin pump to the MiniMed Connect mobile app or sync using the CareLink Personal web app. Once your data is synced to CareLink, it will appear in Glooko daily. If you do not already know how to sync your Medtronic device, please find some useful links below:

First things first, navigate to the Sync Menu in one of two ways:

  1. From the Home screen, tap Sync in the top-right corner to access your Sync Menu.

  2. From the Primary Navigation Bar at the bottom of any screen, tap Profile > Devices > My Devices.

From the Sync Menu:

  • Navigate to the Sync Menu by tapping on the home screen or going to Profile > Devices > My Devices.

  • If your Pump is listed, tap on the Medtronic. If it is not, tap Add Device. On the next screen, tap Pump, select Medtronic from the list, then tap Done.

  • Your device will now be listed on the Sync Menu. Tap on Medtronic to continue.

Do you have a CareLink Personal account?

Tap Log into CareLink and enter your CareLink Personal account username and password. By signing into your CareLink Personal account, you are allowing Glooko to access and display your Medtronic data in the Glooko mobile and web app.

Your CareLink Personal account is now connected to Glooko, as shown by this green checkmark! Simply sync your data to your CareLink Personal account and the updated data will sync to Glooko once a day! Tap Next.



Glooko Web app

  • Go to my.glooko.com on your web browser and sign into your Glooko account.
  • Click the Settings tab.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Connect to CareLink.
  • Enter your CareLink Username and Password. Click Log in.

By signing into your CareLink Personal account, you are allowing Glooko to access and display your Medtronic data in the Glooko mobile and web app.

When you are successfully logged in, you will see the CareLink Connected screen. It includes your CareLink Username and Last Sync Date. Note: If you wish to disconnect your CareLink Personal account from Glooko, you can do so by clicking Disconnect on this screen.

Simply sync your data to your CareLink Personal account and the updated data will sync to Glooko once a day!

No, I do not have a CareLink Personal account.  There are two ways to create your CareLink Personal account:

Glooko mobile app (iOS and Android):

From the Sync Menu:

  • Navigate to the Sync Menu by tapping on the home screen or going to Profile > Devices > My Devices.

  • If your Medtronic pump is listed, tap on the Medtronic. If it is not, tap Add Device. On the next screen, tap Pump, select your pump from the list, then tap Done.

  • Your device will now be listed on the Sync Menu. Tap on Medtronic.

Tap Create CareLink Account.

You will now be directed to accept the CareLink Terms of Use. Review the Terms of Use and each of the three boxes to indicate acceptance.  Click Accept.

Complete all required fields, including Login information, contact information and personal information.

Place a check in the box next to 'I’m not a robot' at the bottom of the screen.  Click Submit

A pop-up window will appear with a Captcha Image.  Complete the task and click Verify.

You have now created a CareLink Personal account and linked it to Glooko.  Simply sync your data to your CareLink Personal account and the updated data will sync to Glooko once a day!

Glooko Web app:

  • Go to my.glooko.com on your web browser and sign into your Glooko account.
  • Click the Settings tab.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Connect to CareLink.
  • Click Don't have a CareLink account?​​

  • You will be redirected to Medtronic's CareLink Personal web page to create your account.
