My Glooko® app is crashing or won't open after updating to the latest app version. Help!

If you are experiencing issues with your Glooko app crashing or not opening after updating to the latest version of the app, simply delete the Glooko app from your mobile device and reinstall from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
