How do I pair my ACCU-CHEK Connect meter with Glooko®?

First things first, navigate to the Sync Menu in one of two ways:

  1. From the Home screen, tap Sync in the top-right corner to access your Sync Menu.

  2. From the Primary Navigation Bar at the bottom of any screen, tap Profile > Devices > My Devices.

Now, let's pair your Aviva Connect or Performa Connect device!

From the Sync Menu:

  • Navigate to the Sync Menu by tapping  on the home screen or going to Profile > Devices > My Devices.

  • If your Bluetooth meter is listed, tap on the Accu-Chek Connect Meter. If it is not, tap Add Device. On the next screen, tap Meters, select your meter from the list, then tap Done.

  • Your device will now be listed on the Sync Menu. Tap on the Accu-Chek Connect Meter.

  • If this is the first time you have uploaded data from the Bluetooth meter, tapping on the device will take you to an on-screen pairing tutorial.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your Bluetooth meter with Glooko. The same instructions are also listed below

  • Tap Pair -> Pair Meter -> Next

  • On the meter, press OK

  • Go to Settings -> press OK

  • Scroll down to Wireless -> press OK

  • Scroll down to Pairing -> OK

  • Pair Device screen should read 'No paired device. Pair now?'

  • Select Yes -> OK

  • Pairing Code is displayed

  • On the Glooko app, enter the Pairing code

  • Click OK

Helpful Hints:

Pairing

  • Make sure meter is not already paired from Bluetooth list on OS. If meter is already paired in Bluetooth settings, remove the device from your Bluetooth settings and try again.

  • Make sure meter is within 20 feet of iOS or Android device

  • See our compatibility list and make sure you’re using a compatible device.

Syncing

  • Make sure that the correct default device is selected on the meter in the pairing settings.

  • Make sure meter is within 20 feet of iOS or Android device

  • Once your Bluetooth meter is paired, Glooko will automatically sync data from your meter to the Glooko app if it is in range, connected via Bluetooth, and the Glooko app is open in the background.
