I forgot my password. Can I retrieve it?

Anytime!

You will not be able to retrieve your old password, but you can easily request a password reset using one of two methods:

  1. Directly from the Glooko app on your device
  2. From a web browser

Both methods will send information on how to reset your password to the email address tied to your account.

From the Glooko app (iOS/Apple or Android):

  1. At the Login screen of the Glooko app, tap the "Forgot Password?" link.
  2. Enter the email address of your Glooko account.
  3. The server will now send an email to your email address with instructions on how to change your password.
  4. Access your email account, and open the email titled "Reset password instructions" from Glooko.
  5. In the body of the email, tap the "Change my password" link.
  6. You will be directed to the "Choose a new password" page.
  7. Choose and type in a new password, and confirm the new password (NOTE: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include one number, one letter and one special character). Tap Continue when finished.
  8. You will be redirected to the dashboard screen of your Glooko account.

From a Web Browser:

  1. Go to my.glooko.com in your web browser.
  2. On the right-hand side of the page, click on the "Forgot your password? Recover it here" link.
  3. Enter the email address of your Glooko account. The server will now send an email to your email address with instructions on how to change your password.
  4. Access your email account, and open the email titled "Reset password instructions" from Glooko.
  5. In the body of the email, click the "Change my password" link.
  6. You will be directed to the "Choose a new password" page.
  7. Choose and type in a new password, and confirm the new password (NOTE: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include one number, one letter, and one special character). Click Continue when finished.
  8. You will be redirected to the dashboard page of your Glooko account.
