How do I ProConnect with my provider in the Glooko Mobile App (v4.0+)?

Want to share your data with your healthcare provider? We make it easy!


Use the ProConnect feature to instantly share your data to your healthcare provider's Glooko dashboard. This feature can only be used if your healthcare provider already has the Glooko system installed in his or her office. You do not have to ProConnect with your provider in order to use the Glooko app.

How do I get a ProConnect Code?


To get your healthcare provider's ProConnect Code, ask your healthcare provider if he or she has the Glooko system and can provide you with his or her personal ProConnect code.

If your healthcare provider does not have the Glooko system, urge him or her to contact us. We would be more than happy to discuss the advantages of using the Glooko system in his or her office.

If your healthcare provider has already given you a ProConnect code, then follow the steps in the guides linked below to ProConnect your Glooko account. 
 


 

ProConnect Using an iOS Device

1. In the Glooko app, click on the Profile button at the bottom of the screen.

2. From Profile, click ProConnect.

3. After clicking ProConnect, a message will popup requesting you to verify your date of birth. Enter your date of birth and click Continue to proceed with ProConnecting your account.

 

4. In the blank provided, enter the ProConnect Code for your provider and click Submit. If you do not have your provider's ProConnect Code, please contact your provider. (Do not contact Glooko - we are unable to provide any ProConnect Code for specific providers due to privacy issues).

5. If successful, you will see a message saying that your account was successfully ProConnected to a provider. If unsuccessful, you will encounter an error.

If you are unable to successfully ProConnect, please make sure that you typed in the ProConnect Code correctly. If you are unsure about the code you are using, please contact your healthcare provider who provided the code. If he or she cannot find the problem, either you or your healthcare provider should contact Glooko Support.
 


 

ProConnect Using an Android Device


1. Click on Profile at the bottom of the screen.


2. Click Account.

3. From Account, click ProConnect.

4. After clicking ProConnect, a message will popup describing the ProConnect process. Read the message carefully, and click Continue to proceed with ProConnecting your account.

5. In the blank provided, enter the ProConnect Code for your provider and click Continue. If you do not have your provider's ProConnect Code, please contact your provider. (Do not contact Glooko - we are unable to provide any specific ProConnect Codes due to privacy issues).

6. If successful, you will see a message saying that your account was successfully ProConnected to a provider. If unsuccessful, you will encounter an error. If you are unable to successfully ProConnect, please make sure that you typed in the ProConnect Code correctly. If you are unsure about the code you are using, please contact your healthcare provider who provided the code. If he or she cannot find the problem, either you or your healthcare provider should contact Glooko Support.

What if my healthcare provider doesn't use Glooko?

If your healthcare provider does not have the Glooko system, urge him or her to contact us. We would be more than happy to discuss the advantages of using the Glooko system in his or her office.
