Status Update :: Internet Explorer 8 Support

So long, farewell - IE8!

For Internet Explorer (IE) users, Glooko supports IE9 or later. Following Microsoft's lead, Glooko does not support the use of the Glooko web app on IE8 due to issues with security certificates.

Microsoft, as of Jan. 12, 2016, does not provide security updates or technical support for IE8. Regular security updates of IE are needed to protect computers from malware so upgrading to a newer version of IE is imperative to allowing the data in Glooko to be protected as well as displayed correctly.

Glooko recommends that you update your version of IE to IE9 or later, or use another compatible browser, such as Chrome or Safari.

If you have not upgraded, you should be able to log-in to the Population Tracker in IE8, right-click on the patient name and choose "print report" to print out a report for that specific's patient's data.
